SUMMIT MONTESSORI PTA
One common purpose ~ making every child’s potential a reality.
Please join us as we welcome in the 2008/2009 school year. We are honored to have you at Summit and invite you to come learn all about the Parent Teacher Association. We will discuss all of the wonderful things the PTA does to enhance the lives of our children & teachers, as well as how you can get involved. Please refer to the outlined agenda below to learn more. We encourage each and every person’s valuable feedback. If you are unable to attend, please check the website for meeting minutes (within a week) and do not hesitate to send suggestions or concerns to us at pta@summitschools.com.

Thirty years of research clearly shows that parent & community involvement in schools improves student achievement. To reach their potential, students need parents and the community to take an active role in their education. Schools are working hard to provide high quality education for every child. However, they can’t do it alone. Parent and community involvement are critical to creating a great school. PTA encourages all parents and caregivers to become actively involved in their school.
